Our
Mission
To provide an unequalled
service in response to the increasing number of Filipinos who aspire to
work abroad for an employer who will give them just compensation and
fair treatment for their labor. Our goal is to form a dynamic working
relationship with the Philippine Government in an effort to build a
bridge between aspiring Filipino Overseas Contract Workers and
interested employers abroad. Our objectives do not end here, we provide
the Filipino aspirants with the necessary training so they can become
effective in their chosen field of employment. In short, we pave the
way to a better life. Our principal objective is to identify, recruit,
train and give necessary exposure to prospective Overseas Filipino
Contract Workers.

Organization
FIL-HR Manpower was
established in 2000 and has grown extensively over the past 5 years. We
are a dynamically organized overseas recruitment agency licensed with
the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) License No.
554 – LB –122202 - R. We are well situated to cover
the Philippines nationally; our Head Office is based in Cebu, with
branches in Davao, Iloilo and Makati.
